5 - Atari Rom File Info :

Atari Rom Format Info = Open a dialog box which displays all the Atari Rom file characteristics. Some modifications and conversions of the Atari Rom file in memory can be realized in this dialog box, for example:
- Number of sector setting
- XFD to ATR Rom conversion
- ATR to XFD Rom conversion

Atari Disk Checksum Map = Display a map of the Atari disk on the main edit window, as a chart of the disk sector checksum. This is useful to see where are the full and the empty sectors.

ATR Rom File Header = Display the ATR header information on the main edit window. This feature is enable only if an Atari ATR Rom file format is in memory.

6 - Editor Options :

Change Font = Change the window display font in the main edit window. Only the monospace font (fixed pitch) are available.

Clear Display Window = Clear the main display window.

Copy All To ClipBoard = Copy all the content of the main display window in the clipboard.

Save Screen as Text = Save the content of the main display window as text.

• If RTF extension is seclected, the text colors and effects (bold, italic) are saved into a rich text file (RTF text file).
• If TXT extension is seclected, the text is saved in a simple text file (TXT text file).

Find Text in Window = Search text string into the main display window is not available yet.

7 - Commnunication :

Serial Communicaton Window = open the communication window. The communication between the PC and an Atari disk drive allows:

• The Atari floppy disk writing from the Atari Rom file data in memory.
• The reading of an Atari floppy disk, in order to create an Atari Rom file in memory.
• The formatting (Atari disk format) of an Atari floppy disk inseted in the Atari disk drive.
• Get the Atari disk drive status and the floppy disk status (size and write protection).

Configuration of serial Com. = Open the configuration dialog box for the setting of the serial link between the PC and the Atari disk drive:

• Selection of the PC COM port (COM1 to COM4 serial connector plug)
• Selection of the Atari disk drive number (1 to 4).
• TimeOuts settings (adjustments): only for the advanced user. In the general case, no setting modification is required.

8 - Help :

DEC <> HEX Convertion = Open a dialog box providing hexadecimal<->decimal number conversion.

About = About dialog box. Click on the 'PVBest@free.fr' button to open your default email box application and send me an email.

Shell About = About dialog box with system information.

DEVELOPPEMENT = Special shortcut for the checking of my ARFD development in progress (will be cancelled later):

• Test1 fill the memory for the checking of Atari address mnemonic labels.
• Test2 fill the memory for the checking of the 6502 opcode mnemonic set.
• Test3 is not used for the moment.
